A tragic incident occurred in Vietnam where a tourist boat capsized during a thunderstorm, resulting in at least 34 deaths and eight people still missing. The boat, The Wonder Sea, was carrying 48 passengers and five crew members on a sightseeing trip in Ha Long Bay. Rescue efforts have saved 11 individuals and recovered 27 bodies, including eight children.
