Viking Libra, the first hydrogen-powered cruise ship, reached a construction milestone by floating out at Fincantieri’s Ancona Shipyard on March 19. It will operate with zero emissions starting November 2026, featuring a hybrid propulsion system. The ship will have 499 staterooms and will sail in Northern Europe and the Mediterranean.
