Belgian prosecutors have referred a legal complaint against two Israeli soldiers, accused of violating international humanitarian law in Gaza, to the International Criminal Court (ICC). The complaint was filed by the Hind Rajab Foundation, a pro-Palestinian NGO, after identifying the soldiers at the Tomorrowland music festival in Belgium. The Belgian authorities are acting under a new legal framework allowing jurisdiction over international crimes.
