Dubravka Đedović, the Serbian energy minister, announced that MOL and Gazpromneft have agreed on the basic terms of a future sale contract for NIS. Serbia has managed to increase its stake by 5% compared to 2008. The Russian side has sold its 56.15% stake in NIS to MOL, following US sanctions.
