The modernization includes the implementation of the Ozion PRM Management software, which enhances coordination and efficiency. Staff now use PDA devices for real-time data processing, improving service quality. A new EU-compliant waiting area has been created at Terminal 2A, receiving positive feedback, with plans for similar developments at Terminal 2B.
