Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó stated that Hungary will not allow important decisions for Ukraine to proceed until oil transit is resumed. This obstruction affects a €90 billion EU loan to Ukraine, which is critical as the country faces financial difficulties amid ongoing conflict.
