In early February, Ukraine's Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov thanked Elon Musk for SpaceX's support in preventing Starlink kits from reaching Russia. Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov criticized this cooperation, suggesting that Musk's satellites should be targeted and even proposing a nuclear detonation in space.
