Czech billionaire and Prime Minister-designate Andrej Babiš has signed a coalition deal with right-wing allies, moving closer to forming a new government after his party's victory in the recent elections. His ANO party will collaborate with climate change sceptics and eurosceptic parties, aiming to create a 16-member cabinet.
