The Thomayer University Hospital in Prague has been monitoring the psychological state of mothers for six years, with over 23,000 women participating in a European project aimed at providing early help for families at psychosocial risk. The project offers psychological support and follow-up care, with questionnaires assessing mental health and providing access to professionals. The initiative has been well-received, with mothers expressing the importance of support during the postpartum period. The project has received recognition for its excellence.
