On a cold day in Rotterdam, the Mixblik food factory provides a warm environment for women new to the Netherlands, focusing on cooking, education, and community support. The social enterprise empowers women with low literacy rates through cooking lessons and courses in Dutch and workplace culture. Currently, 24 women are enrolled, with some progressing to permanent jobs.
