The Dutch Consumer and Markets Authority (ACM) faces challenges in transferring complaints about breaches of the Digital Services Act (DSA) to other EU countries. In 2024, ACM received 256 complaints, with 156 related to providers in other EU states, but 96 are still pending due to technical and administrative issues. Complaints were sent to various regulators, but no formal investigations have occurred for Dutch service providers due to delays in granting investigation powers. The DSA aims to empower users and requires platforms to manage systemic risks and provide transparency. Teljes cikk (Euronews.com)
