The European Union is considering a proposal to ban Russian soldiers who fought in Ukraine from entering Europe due to security concerns. Estonia's Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna emphasized the need for a coordinated EU policy to blacklist these veterans, citing their potential danger. Estonia has already banned 261 Russian soldiers. High Representative Kaja Kallas noted that many member states support the proposal, which will be revisited if a ceasefire occurs. The European Commission is responsible for visa policies, which have already been tightened for Russian passport holders. Teljes cikk (Euronews.com)
