The European Union has approved a €35 billion loan to support Ukraine's economy, using immobilised Russian Central Bank assets as collateral. This initiative is part of a larger G7 plan to provide €45 billion to Ukraine amid ongoing conflict and economic struggles. The loan will allow the Ukrainian government flexibility in spending.
