The European Parliament will hold a significant session in Brussels on 24 February to commemorate the fourth anniversary of Ukraine's invasion by Russia and to approve a €90 billion loan to Kyiv. The decision was made during the Conference of Presidents, led by Roberta Metsola. The session will include a debate on the war and the loan, which is funded through joint debt, with Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic exempt from financial obligations.
