A consortium of investors, including Advent International and FedEx, has reached an agreement to acquire all shares of Polish parcel locker company InPost for €15.6 per share. InPost, known for its Paczkomat self-service lockers, aims to enhance its delivery options and expand internationally while maintaining its headquarters and management in Poland.
