Five German mountaineers died in an avalanche in Italy's South Tyrol. Rescuers found the last two bodies, a father and his daughter, after three others were recovered earlier. The accident occurred while they were climbing Vertainspitze, and investigations are ongoing. Two survivors were airlifted to a hospital. The avalanche was unexpected despite a low risk forecast.
