The EU has approved a loan of up to €35 billion for Ukraine, to be repaid from interest on frozen Russian assets. While the G7 plans to collectively grant €45 billion, there are concerns about the sustainability of sanctions on Russian assets, particularly with Hungary's potential blockage.
