A Chinese national, Yaqi X, was arrested in Germany for espionage linked to a former AfD party staffer, Jian G. Yaqi X allegedly used her position at a logistics company to gather sensitive information about military transport and shared it with Jian G, who has connections to a far-right MEP, Maximilian Krah.
