House prices in the EU rose by an average of 5.4% year-on-year in Q2 2025, marking the seventh consecutive increase. Portugal, Bulgaria, and Hungary saw the highest nominal growth, while Finland was the only country to experience a decline. Adjusted for inflation, prices rose by 2.8% on average, with Portugal and Bulgaria leading in real price growth.
