Roman, a Ukrainian boy injured in a Russian missile strike in Vinnytsia, has resumed his childhood passions after being evacuated for specialized medical care in Germany. The strike killed 26 people, including his mother, and left him with severe injuries. Thanks to a medical evacuation program coordinated by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health and supported by the WHO, over 5,000 patients have received help.
