Hungary has filed a lawsuit against the European Court of Justice following a ruling that imposed a €200 million fine for non-compliance with EU asylum rules. Justice Minister Bence Tuzson announced the lawsuit in Budapest, stating that Hungary seeks damages due to perceived ideological bias in the court's decision. The Hungarian government allocated €1.5 million for legal action and aims to involve international legal experts. The lawsuit is based on the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, which allows member states to seek compensation for damages caused by EU institutions. Teljes cikk (Telex.hu)
