Italy's top court has rejected the extradition of Ukrainian man Serhii Kuznietsov to Germany, who is suspected of involvement in the Nord Stream pipeline explosions. The court annulled a Bologna appeals court decision and requested a reassessment of the case. Kuznietsov's lawyer, Nicola Canestrini, indicated that the legal basis for his detention may no longer exist.
