A giant mural in Kalamata, dedicated to soprano Maria Callas, has been named the best in the world in 2025. The artist, Cleomenis Kostopoulos, aimed to represent Kalamata through Callas, symbolizing the city's identity. The mural took two weeks to create and features elements connecting the region to its land.
