A study reveals that small wearable devices tracking blood sugar levels, popular among health-conscious individuals, may not be accurate for non-diabetics. Continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) are beneficial for diabetics but less reliable for those with prediabetes or normal blood sugar. Researchers found CGM data closely matched traditional blood tests for diabetics but not for others. Caution is advised for non-diabetics using CGMs, as they may not reflect long-term blood sugar control. Teljes cikk (Euronews.com)
