Nine people have been arrested in France in connection with the murder of far-right student Quentin Deranque, allegedly by far-left militants. The incident occurred after a demonstration by far-right feminists in Lyon. Among those arrested is a parliamentary assistant from the radical left party LFI. The murder has intensified scrutiny on LFI and its leader Jean-Luc Mélenchon, who denied any involvement and expressed condolences for Deranque's family. Teljes cikk (bbc.com europe)
