Thai prosecutors have indicted 23 individuals and companies for the collapse of a Bangkok office building during a 7.7 magnitude earthquake, which resulted in at least 92 deaths. The indicted parties include lead contractors Italian-Thai Development Co. and China Railway No. 10, along with their executives. Charges include professional negligence and forgery. Premchai Karnasuta, president of Italian-Thai Development, faces his second legal issue after a previous conviction for wildlife crimes.
