A new research from sd worx reveals that European workers spend an average of 48 minutes commuting daily, equivalent to an extra part-time shift. Belgium has the longest commutes, while Slovenia has the shortest. The study also identifies 'super commuters' who travel over 90 minutes daily, with Belgium leading at 20%. Hybrid work is increasingly adopted to alleviate long commutes, with 44% of Europeans working in a hybrid setup. Cars remain the primary transport mode, with Italy having the highest reliance at 75%.
