The situation is critical, with 1.2 million cubic metres of rubble moving down the valley. A red alert has been declared, and the area is under electronic surveillance. Mayor Daniel Albertin expressed the emotional strain of the evacuations, noting a more spiteful mood compared to the first evacuation.
