Tusk emphasized that the decision lies with the court and reiterated Poland's opposition to the pipelines, which he believes increase dependence on Russian energy. Volodymyr Z, detained near Warsaw, denies wrongdoing and plans to fight extradition. Another suspect, Serhii K, was arrested in Italy and is appealing his extradition to Germany.
