Marcin Romanowski, a former Polish deputy justice minister and member of the opposition PiS party, was questioned again by the Polish prosecutor's office regarding his alleged involvement in an organized crime group. He called the proceedings unlawful, especially after the PACE suspended his parliamentary immunity. Romanowski was previously detained in July but released due to his immunity. The prosecutor's office accused him of 11 crimes related to causing damage to state property. Romanowski criticized the prosecutor's actions and refused to acknowledge his guilt.
