Ukraine has summoned Antal Heizer from the Hungarian Embassy, as Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó announced that Ukraine is keeping the Friendship oil pipeline shut for political reasons. Szijjártó stated that Ukraine demands weapons and money for resuming oil deliveries, which Hungary refuses. He emphasized that the pipeline is technically ready for oil transport.
