German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and EU Commission President Ursula Von der Leyen hosted the tenth Berlin Process summit in Berlin, welcoming six West Balkan states to discuss their EU membership. Five agreements were signed, including the lifting of export restrictions from Serbia to Kosovo. Scholz emphasized the importance of cooperation among the states and expressed hope for Montenegro's integration by 2028 and the overall process by 2030.
