The EU's AD5 competition for entry-level civil service jobs, last held in 2019, is expected to attract around 50,000 applicants by the 10 March deadline. Candidates will undergo a four-part online test, but only about 1,400 will be successful, resulting in a mere 3% chance of passing. The competition is part of the EU's efforts to update IT systems.
