The European Union has agreed to provide a €90 billion loan to Ukraine for its financial and military needs for 2026 and 2027, with the first payment expected in early April. The deal includes budgetary and military aid, with exemptions for Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. The loan will support Ukraine's resilience against Russian aggression and will be subject to strict conditions, including anti-corruption measures.
